Originally from Atlanta, Danielle received her BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago before moving to Hollywood where she works as a multi-media artist, photographer, and wardrobe stylist. Her work is completely reflective of her lifestyle: “I mostly try to capture what I know through photography and painting, and I write about what I am trying to understand, mostly the meaning of life, why we do the things we do. In my art I represent people the way I see them and because I only surround myself with inspired, happy, beautiful people, that translates through the lense. Art for me has always been natural, it’s not a talent I purposely acquired but I have spent a great time nurturing and developing it. Growing up a lot of people told me “art is a hobby” but that never deterred me, I love a good challenge and disappointment has always given me more drive. It does take a lot of patience and involves a lot of doubt, stress, and depression at times but the pay off is well worth it. Success is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Make your own luck.”
